Termini e Condizioni del Programma

1. Minimum requirements. The crediting of miles is only provided for members registered on the MilleMiglia Program and who own one of Alitalia’s cards (MilleMiglia, Ulisse, Freccia Alata and Freccia Alata Plus). The MilleMiglia card number should be communicated during the booking or the pick-up of the car. For rentals abroad, Clients should also present their Alitalia boarding pass at the time of rental. The Avis renter and the owner of the MilleMiglia card should be the same person. To receive rental miles, the rental should take place no more than 48 hours before or after the Alitalia flight (no more than 24 hours before or after the Alitalia flight for rentals abroad).
2. Valid rates. Avis will credit miles in case of admissible rates. Miles are not guaranteed if clients use: rates based on contracts with insurances, replacements and other companies, tour operators, truck rates, monthly rates.
3. Retro claim for miles. If Alitalia miles relating to an Avis rental are not credited within 40 days of the end of your rental you'll be able to claim for them by filling up an online form (click here). However, applicants should satisfy points 1 and 2 above.
